Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what we need to make and deliver your order and to answer you. We never sell your information.
1. What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, phone, shipping or pickup details, what you ordered, and your order history.
- Custom orders: the artwork, text and notes you send us, and the proofs we make from them.
- Payments: handled by our payment processors. We see the amount, status and the last four digits of a card; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Site basics: standard server logs (like IP address and browser) kept briefly for security.
2. How we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, including order and shipping emails.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To send drop announcements only if you ask to be on our list. You can unsubscribe any time.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the shop: our payment processors and checkout (including Square), our production and order system, our email delivery provider, and shipping carriers. They may use your information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for the order, returns, and tax and accounting rules, then delete or anonymize what we no longer need.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop emails, by writing to lostflyproductions@gmail.com. Some order records must be kept for tax purposes.
6. Children
Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
