Terms of Sale
These terms cover purchases from Lost Fly Co. ("Lost Fly," "we," "us"), including our shop at lostflyco.com and custom apparel ordered through custom.lostflyco.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Orders and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout, along with any shipping and sales tax.
- Drops are limited. An item is only reserved once your payment goes through; if something sells out mid-checkout we will tell you and refund it.
- We may cancel an order we can't fill or that looks fraudulent, with a full refund.
2. Custom apparel
- We prepare a proof (mockup) from your request. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof and pay.
- Colors on screen are approximate; printed colors can vary slightly by garment and ink.
- You confirm you have the right to use any artwork, logos or text you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may decline designs we are not comfortable printing.
- Production times shown on your proof are estimates. We will keep you posted if anything changes.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment partners through a PCI-compliant gateway. Card details are entered on the processor's secure form and are never stored by Lost Fly.
4. Shipping and pickup
We ship to the address you give at checkout, or arrange local pickup when offered. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or pickup. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work it out with you.

6. Our designs
Lost Fly designs, photos, films and branding belong to Lost Fly Co. Please don't reproduce them without permission.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
